Information about your personal data processing

University of West Bohemia (UWB), address: Univerzitní 2732/8, CZ-30100 Plzeň, identification number: 49777513, and
University of Ljubljana, address: Kongresni trg 12, SI-1000 Ljubljana, identification number: 5085063000, as the joint controllers process your personal data as given in your registration:
• obligatory: first name, surname, sex, contact e-mail, password;
• optional: academic degree, middle name;
on the basis of your registration for and participation at the TSD2019 conference in compliance with article 6 paragraph 1 b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In particular, your personal data are processed for the purposes of your registration for the TSD2019 conference and for this purpose they are processed for a period of 2 years since the date of your registration for the TSD2019 conference.

Both the UWB and the University of Ljubljana are authorized to use your personal data only in accordance with the purposes specified above or for the legitimate need of state control bodies or bodies responsible for criminal proceedings. The UWB and the University of Ljubljana also declare they clearly allocated the data protection obligations under the GDPR. The UWB and the University of Ljubljana are authorized to submit your personal data to third parties that cooperate with the UWB and the University of Ljubljana to achieve the purpose specified above. With such entities, the UWB and the University of Ljubljana undertake to conclude a contract providing for the same conditions for the processing of your personal data.

Data will be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation on the protection of personal data and with the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data).
