Information about your personal data processing

University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (UWB); address: Univerzitní 2732/8, CZ-30100 Plzeň, Czech Republic; CIN (Company Identification Number): 49777513; as the data controller processes your personal data as given in your registration:
• obligatory: first name, surname, sex, contact e-mail, password;
• optional: academic degree, middle name;
on the basis of your registration for and participation at the TSD2025 conference in compliance with article 6 paragraph 1 b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In particular, your personal data are processed for the purposes of your registration for the TSD2025 conference and for this purpose they are processed for a period of 2 years since the date of your registration for the TSD2025 conference.

The UWB is authorized to use your personal data only in accordance with the purposes specified above or for the legitimate need of state control bodies or bodies responsible for criminal proceedings. The UWB also declares it clearly allocated the data protection obligations under the GDPR. The UWB is authorized to submit your personal data to third parties that cooperate with the UWB to achieve the purpose specified above. With such entities, the UWB undertakes to conclude a contract providing for the same conditions for the processing of your personal data.

Data will be processed in accordance with the relevant legislation on the protection of personal data and with the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data).
