ALL SUBMISSIONS DECIDED!
[] Congratulations to those whose papers were accepted! Now, we can work hard on the conference proceedings. The early bird payment deadline was postponed to July 4, because some of you were notified later than originally planned (sorry for that, we do our best).

BEWARE OF SCAMS! — A company named Exploreera is trying to scam the TSD2025 participants. They ask for details about your stay in Erlangen and pretend to be arranging accommodation for you. Their e-mails are coming from the address reservation.nl@exploreera.info and, needless to say, they have nothing in common with us...

We are looking forward to giving you a warm welcome to the pleasant Middle Franconian university city of Erlangen!

TSD2025 is organized by the Plzeň crew from the Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of West Bohemia again (as every odd year). For the upcoming run, we decided to move TSD again out of the Bohemian basin and go abroad! Thus, we hooked up with our friends from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) and the "touring again" TSD2025 will take place in the beautiful and peaceful Middle Franconian university city of Erlangen. Both Erlangen itself and the close Franconian metropolis Nürnberg (or Nuremberg in English) have a lot to offer and are eager to show you. Erlangen of these days constitute a conurbation with Nuremberg, however, it played an important role in the prehistory of Bavaria. The first signs of settlements in this region are dated about 25,000 years ago. Nuremberg is the largest city in Franconia and the second-largest city in the German federal state of Bavaria. It has about 544,000 inhabitants which makes it the 14th-largest city in the whole Germany. The city was first mentioned in the year 1050 as the location of an imperial castle.

(To find out more about Erlangen and Nuremberg, go to the  Venue section.)

ISCA The TSD2025 conference is supported by the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA). We hold the status of an ISCA Supported Event. ISCA is committed to a pleasant conference experience without harassment and discrimination. Their code-of-conduct can be found at: https://www.isca-speech.org/Code-of-Conduct-for-Conference-and-Workshop-Attendees

INTERSPEECH 2025 The TSD2025 conference is officially recognized as an INTERSPEECH 2025 satellite event again and the topics and programmes will be coordinated. Rotterdam and Erlangen lie in neighbouring countries – some 530 kms (330 mi) from each other and there is a frequent air connection between Amsterdam-Schiphol airport (50 kms from Rotterdam) and Nuremberg – there is a KLM flight 3× a day (you may look for AMS → NUE using e.g. letuška.cz or kiwi.com).
