Product description

Project number: INTERREG V-A project No. 191
Název projektu: Use of modern information technologies for neurorehabilitation of patients with acquired brain damage

BrainIn is an online software system for the neurorehabilitation of patients with brain damage. It is intended for patients in institutional and home care, their families and therapists. It enables the computerized definition, execution and basic evaluation of personalized neurorehabilitation tasks of varying degrees of difficulty for each patient. The therapist defines sets of neurorehabilitation tasks, and the patient then performs them with his or her help, with the help of the family, or completely by himself/herself. The main advantage of the BrainIn system is the possibility of personalizing tasks by the therapist, creating exercises of various difficulties, organizing exercises in packages and the system's readiness for partially automated evaluation of the patient's results. The result was created within the INTERREG V-A project No. 191 Use of modern information technologies for neurorehabilitation of patients with acquired brain damage. An article was published about the project and the software: Mouček, Roman, et al. BrainIn: A Data-Driven Software System for Neurorehabilitation of People with Acquired Brain Injuries. In: ICT4AWE. 2022. p. 126-133. BrainIn is available at https://brainin.kiv.zcu.cz/.
