Product description
Open workflow for processing standardized electroencephalographic (EEG) data is a software tool integrating selected classification methods of machine learning with software tool MNE, the most widely used open software tool for analysis and visualization of neurophysiological data. The workflow contributes to open, standardized and reproducible experimental scientific work with EEG data and has been validated over a public data set in BrainVision format. The experiment software is also available at https://github.com/NEUROINFORMATICS-GROUP-FAV-KIV-ZCU/Open-Workflow-for-Processing-Standardized-EEG-Data. The result was created within the project SGS-2019-018 Processing of heterogeneous data and its specialized applications. An analytical article on the workflow was published: Mouček, R. and Kupilík, F. (2021). On Open Workflows for Processing of Standardized Electroencephalography Data. In Proceedings of the 14th International Joint Conference on Biomedical Engineering Systems and Technologies - HEALTHINF, pages 667-676. DOI:10.5220/0010345006670676.
