eGIS - tool for determining a transformation key

eGIS is a program which provides tools for determining a transformation key in process of creating digital cadastral map in localities with only analog cadastral map in fathom scale. For determining a transformation key a clustering method are used with adjustable parameters. Program also provides funcionality for showing a maps in .bmp format for easily recognizing cadastral localities or particular objects. Description of used clustering method and user manual can be found in zip archive, file doc/DocumentationCZ.pdf.
