The SPADe tool serves for detection of mistakes (anti-patterns) in project management (i.e., their ALM data). The detection results are visualized via the Vega tool (https://vega.github.io/vega/).
The goal of the project is to expand the set of existing anti-pattern descriptions, detections and visualizations. That includes:
- describe the anti-patterns in a form of MD files in an online catalogue based on gathered knowledge (from literature or practitioners' experience)
- design of detection of the anti-patterns' indicators in ALM data in SPADe database(so called operationalization)
- implementation of the operationalization by adding appropriate SQL and other scripts into the SPADe application
- design and implementation of the anti-patterns' visualization via the Vega tool also into the SPADe system.
Some anti-patterns can be in different stages of the described process and the need in those cases would be to finalize them, while some need to be created from scratch.
The number of anti-patterns to process is dependent on the project form and complexity of selected anti-pattern set.
