The official language of the event is English, however, papers on issues related to text and speech processing in languages other than English are strongly encouraged.
The conference program will include presentations of invited papers, oral presentations, and poster/demonstration sessions. The papers will be presented in plenary or topic-oriented sessions. A preliminary conference program will be published at this conference web site. One day of the conference will be dedicated to tutorials and workshops.
Full papers (max. 8 pages in Springer LNCS format) or short papers (max. 6 pages in the same format) sent according to the following instructions will be required to reach a decision about acceptance or rejection.
The reviewing of the papers will be blind and managed by an International Program Committee members.
The conference proceedings will be traditionally published by Springer-Verlag in LNCS/LNAI series and will be distributed to the participants at the conference.
Check the conference program for the time of your presentation. The
presentation should be in a common digital format (MS PowerPoint, PDF). The length of
the presentation should not exceed 20 minutes. At least 5 minutes more is reserved for a discussion.
The format of your poster is not strictly prescribed. Nevertheless, keep in your mind that you will have a place of 70cm in width and 110cm in height for each poster presentation. We recommend you to prepare your poster to be visible from a distance of approx. 3 meters. Each poster author will have a short presentation (introduction to the problem). The time for your presentation is 3 minutes. You can also prepare 1 or 2 slide(s) in a common digital format (MS PowerPoint, PDF) for your short presentation. The posters may be installed during lunch break on (check the conference program).
The panel discussion will be held on . The session will take place in the main lecture hall (check the local pinboard). A data projector and other common presentation devices will be available. Prepare a short introduction of your work, about 3-5 minutes. The presentation should be in a common digital format (MS PowerPoint, PDF). After the presentations there will be a moderated discussion among the participants on the presented topics. Please, be prepared to reply the questions of the audience.
