The tool, working on the KIM platform, allows users to retrieve the selected ontology into the semantic repository in memory and customize it in the graphical user interface according to defined rules. Ontologies are stored in the semantic repository OWLIM, the KIM platform is used to annotate documents. The tool was presented in the demo session at the 2013 Congress of Neuroinformatics and in the congress abstract: Mouček R, Smitka J, Jezek P, Mautner P, Cepicka L and Holečková I (2013).
