This software is for scientometric purposes - it enables one to mine from Web of Science (WoS) data gathered via Web Services Lite. Data files are examined and citation information is stored to an SQLite database. A novel method called TArank (Time-aware PageRank) is then applied to those citations to find the most influential researchers.
